I’m doing Pete Wylie’s Classic Night at The Zanzibar on Saturday 24th February. Martyn Campbell should be doing it too. Other guests will also be playing.
We’ll be playing a number of Pete’s Mighty Wah! songs and 1 or 2 of mine plus covers of Classic songs. Not sure what yet but you can expect The Clash done country, Love done with love, bit of Gilbert O’Sullivan maybe, some Merseybeat and anything else we can learn in time. The first Classic was er, classic and Pete’s doing this every month this year so if you can’t make it down this time try and get there at least once. Last Saturday of each month.
