Three Covers

I’ve now added a third song to the covers post. Good Morning is by Australian band You Am I who I heard when visited a few years back. Cracking power pop combo, old school skill, fire and tunes.

Do I need a haircut?………

The second is ‘When Will I See You Again?’ an old song written by Tony & Chris Griffiths of Liverpool’s The Real People.
Chris & Tony have written some fantastic songs and were signed to Sony in the early 1990’s, invented Oasis and continue playing as a band every now and then.
This is a really early song of theirs which has always stuck in my head although I’m not sure if the words and chords are wrong……

The third is a Sir Walter Scott song ‘Lullaby For An Infant Chief’ which I heard American singer-songwriter Bob Cheevers do. It’s a lovely melody and an intriguing lyric moi thinks.
As Bob is in Liverpool this weekend, I thought I’d learn it. And here it is.

StumbleUpon It!
